Terms of service

1. What the service is

Rack Chasers is decision-support software. You type in the hands as they are dealt and the service replies with a suggestion: bet or do not bet, which side, and how much. That is all it does. It does not place bets, hold your money, or connect to any casino.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Baccarat is a game of chance. Past hit rates, whether shown on our site or inside the app, are replays of logged shoes and are not a promise about future results. You can lose money following the suggestions, including your entire buy-in. We do not guarantee any result, hit rate, profit or protection from loss.

3. Every bet is your decision

A suggestion is only a suggestion. You decide whether to bet, on which side and for how much, and you are responsible for every wager you place and every result that follows. Nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice.

4. Age and legality

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you are if it is higher, to use the service. You are responsible for making sure that gambling, and using a tool like this while gambling, is legal where you play. Do not use the service where it is not.

5. Not for continuous-shuffle tables

The suggestions are designed for standard shoes that are dealt through and then replaced. The service is not intended for tables that use a continuous shuffling machine, and we make no claim about its usefulness there.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid access is bought in blocks of 50 shoes with cryptocurrency sent to the address shown on your invoice. Once a payment is confirmed it is final. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits for unused shoes, for a change of mind, for results at the table, or for any other reason. Amounts sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or below the quoted amount may be lost or delayed; send exactly what the invoice shows.

Access is metered by shoes, not days. A shoe is consumed when its first hand is logged. Access also pauses when your bankroll reaches 2.25 times its starting point until you buy the next block. Shoes do not expire. Prices, plans and the bankroll multiple can change at any time; changes do not affect shoes you have already paid for.

7. One account per person

You may hold one account, tied to your own email address. The free sample is limited to one per person. Do not share your sign-in link or let anyone else use your account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

8. No reverse engineering or automated access

You may use the service only through the app we provide, by hand, while you play. You may not copy, decompile, probe or otherwise try to work out how the suggestions are produced; feed the service recorded, invented or bulk hand histories; use scripts, bots or any automated means to access it; or build a competing product from it. The software, its suggestions and its rules are ours and are protected by copyright and trade-secret law.

9. The hands you log

The hands and results you log are stored on our servers and used to run the service and to keep records of your account. They are not used to change the rule set that produces the suggestions. We do not sell your email address or your play history.

10. Termination for abuse

We can suspend or close an account at any time, without refund, if we believe it is being used to break these terms: for example automated access, sharing, multiple accounts, attempts to extract the rules, or abuse of the service or of other people. We can also stop offering the service altogether; if we do, we will say so in the app.

11. Limits on our liability

The service is provided as is, without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service or from your reliance on its suggestions. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 50 shoes before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, and material changes will be announced in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
